| Body | I've checked CAB and the council website and can't see anything pertaining to my particular situation.
My neighbour had some garden work done in June. Without going to specifics, my garden had some minor damage over the course.
I spoke to the workmen at the time who said they would sort it.
I've spoken with my neighbour 3/4 times about it and they've assured me they're still chasing them to come back and sort it.
I'm starting to get quite annoyed about it. They have their garden sorted, the workmen have been paid and my garden has been damaged despite me not having any part of the original transaction.
I'm trying to strike the balance between keeping things neighbourly and getting a resolution but feel as though I'm getting nowhere.
