Title	Cavity wall soundproofing insulation - anyone have this?

Body	Recently moved into a lovely tenement in the southside. The front bedroom is back to back with the neighbour's living room. They're not particularly noisy, but you can hear everything: the sound from the television, conversations, their phone ringing, so we're considering getting some kind of soundproofing put up. I imagine it must be a common issue with tenements of a certain age, so does anyone have anything similar? Anything that would you particularly recommend?
