TitleTenement window cleaning that doesn't break the bank?

Body
The previous owner of my flat, in their infinite wisdom, decided that the sole kitchen window will be a permanent, non-opening kind. After I moved in, a gull (also in its infinite wisdom) decided to deposit a big fat dump bang on in the middle of the said window.

I really don't fancy looking at a bird sheit the size of my hand any time I do anything with food.

Do yous know how much it'd be to get that cleaned by professional window people? Or if there are any places I could rent out that squeegee tool on a super long pole? It's too floors up so balancing on a ladder is out of question.
