I’ve been on the CAMHS waiting list for a little over a year now and only had my initial assessment appointment in May. Was told to just wait until they’d phone me back so I could arrange an appointment to see a therapist but today I got a letter from them recommending me to make a referral to LifeLink.
Does anyone know the difference between the services? They both seem the same to me but I’m not sure which one is better for me
