I’m planning to take up some short term work abroad so I’ve been looking at the available options for renting out my flat on a short term basis. From what I can see this looks pretty difficult.
I’m not planning for it to be a long term thing but it looks like the landlord option is geared towards this.
AirBnB isn’t allowed in a tenement block and I wouldn’t want to upset my neighbours and have different folk every week.
I know there’s serviced apartment style things for corporate travellers but I guess those are usually provided by companies.
So I just wanted to see what other folk have done in the same situation?
