Moving out and got two council tax letters. Pretty sure our flatmate paid some overdue council tax the other day but we've had closing bills come through.
When we enter the reference numbers on the PayIt website we get "no balance can be found for the reference entered".
Does this mean we have no outstanding money to pay? We're really uncertain of what's going on because for some reason I'm not listed on it. Our student discount 25% hasn't been applied (one of us is full time working so we have to pay some).
We move out tomorrow and are just very confused.
Anyone had this issue on the gov scot PayIt site?
