Title	Why there is lack of rental properties? No I'm not looking for housing

Body	Yes I know y'all tired of people asking the same question over and over. No, I don't need to rent a flat in Glasgow city centre. I am wondering why there is such shortage of rentals in Glasgow (and UK in general) at the current moment? Considering that there is supposed to be way less students than before Brexit, who are supposedly occupying all properties in town. Glasgow doesn't host that many refugees either.
