I was recently flashed by a Gatso speed camera facing me on the opposite side of the road on Springburn Road/A803. I was doing roughly 40mph in a 30 zone. I've done some research and apparently these cameras can only lead to prosecution when they photograph cars heading away from them on their side of the road. Can anyone verify this? Am I likely to get fined for this or am I in the clear?
