Title	What is with the Landlords and their aversion to Pets here in Glasgow?

Body	My wife and I just relocated to Glasgow and have been on phone, email, and website(s) of Tay, Rettie, Clyde, blah blah blah and all of them say "No Pets" as if it is a universal response to any query from a prospective tenant. Really want to know where do people with pets stay? Somehow it seems, that toddlers are easy on a property and its walls as opposed to a well behaved pet.
