| Body | So this whole tap on, tap off thing on the buses now. Last week I got on and asked for a adult single into the city centre and he said to "tap on" then at my last stop to use the box to tap off before exiting the bus. I was like ok thanks, when I come to get off it wasn't working and he said "aye there playing up don't worry it will only charge you for the single" I've just looked at my online banking and I've a debit for £18 something with the reference of first bus? I think I've been charged for a weekly ticket? 🤣 has this happened to anyone else? Or has anyone heard of this happening since this new way of paying your fair was brought In? 🤔 |
