TitleOdd parking ticket evidence

This is a strange one, wondering if this has happened to anyone else or any Glasgow Parking intel that might explain it.

I got a couple of parking tickets over the course of a few days on Bath Street. I'd paid for RingGo, but on closer inspection as I was going to appeal, it turns out I've used the wrong RingGo location - Douglas Street 20102 vs Bath Street 20120. Obviously frustrating since we were on the corner of Douglas Street and Bath Street so the location name didn't seem off, and the numbers are just slightly transposed.

I know they can nail me on the technicality since I used the wrong location, even though it feels sneaky as fuck, but I took a look at their photo evidence and they've included a picture of what looks like an expired paper ticket.

It says the word "token" on it and is in the warden's hand, not in my car, so wondering if it's something they print off the machine as some kind of proof of the time? Although, the pictures etc I would think ought to be proof enough? Basically, WTF is this thing?
