TitleFirst time buyer - Are there any specific buildings or streets to avoid buying a flat/house?

Sorry I know this is an over asked question with the bad areas to avoid. However, I am more interested to know specific flat buildings or streets to avoid because with the bad areas you get the good and bad parts.

I am looking to buy my first home somewhere near the city centre or in the south or west end. If I hadn't seen Reddit old posts I'd never have thought the flats on Wallace Street would be that bad considering the outside and area looks really good and ideal. Are there any other specific buildings or streets that should be avoided?
