Body	Hi folks. I need to speak to someone at GCC regarding my council tax. So far, it seems like it would be easier to get the Pope on the phone. I did the online contact form and have unsurprisingly heard nothing. Anybody been able to speak to an advisor recently? Any help would be appreciated.
