TitleNoisy neighbours advice

Body
Among all the gifts this pandemic has given us, I guess I get to "enjoy" my neighbours company at an even larger scale now.
I don't know how much it's me just being just downright annoyed at them or them just being completely oblivious of how noisy they are, but to give an idea it's mostly really (REALLY) loud music, some sort of superpowered hoover and these two guys shouting (probably talking, but given I can hear all the way to my floor I'm counting that as shouting). This at various hours of the day, as well as night (enjoying a night show now at almost midnight that started at 10:30).
Anyone has any experience with calling in for a noise complaint? I realise it's a fairly ridiculous thing to do given the circumstances, but they're honestly driving me up the walls.
I am still working full time from home, so not only I can't relax at night, but I can't even concentrate during the day.

I already tried talking to them, they were ever so slightly more quiet but I wish they would just stop the goddamn noise altogether.
