I just managed to get my keys for my new home before lockdown and my bins are all broke and stinking to be fair. Cant get through to the gcc but their website says I can order new ones at a cost. Surely I'm entitled to free bins if the ones I have are broken ?
P.s I'm new on here and this is my 1st post sorry if it's a stupid question.
