| Body | During this unnerving & tragic time less people have been donating blood. I am in Scotland 🏴 and As someone who needs regular transfusions I ask kindly for you to consider being a blood donor. If you are fit and healthy our nhs & blood recipients will be eternally grateful for your help. Blood donors have saved my life many times over & until a few years ago I had never thought or been interested in this. You / your kids/ parents/ friends etc could need blood tomorow- you never know - an accident , illness, childbirth to name a few things - could find you relying on someone’s donation. Be a hero - get out the house to do something amazing - give blood |
