If I touch my son's neck while we're standing on a platform on one of the westbound railway stations I can feel electricity buzzing through my fingers. It seems to be greater or weak depending on where we're stood on the platform, not necessarily in proximity to the overhead cables.
Anybody else found this, and do you know why it happens?
