We have heard mice in the walls and have taped up all entry points in the flat and put steel mesh across the outside ventilation grates. But we have heard what seems to be the mice trying to get out through the grates but they now can't. Reluctant to take steel mesh off or use poison but don't know what to do since they're avoiding all the traps. Any advice?
