  • Sounds like we might end up being neighbours. I'm sold on the flats but still unsure of the area - seems safe enough when I visited and went round a couple of times albeit it was mostly in the afternoons.   • Ye I guess primarily its the walk from the apartment down to the Botanics and byres road through Maryhill road or Oran Street which is the "concerning" part and may give hassle - as like you pointed out its going to be well lit + CCTV and alarms in the ground floors so it would discourage (I hope) funny business from the estates. by AppropriateGiraffe39 (Tue 27th Apr 2021 4:44pm)

  • Yes its 28 days - on the contract it says I need to send them a physical letter so might do both by AppropriateGiraffe39 (Tue 3rd Aug 2021 6:43pm)
