  • My opinion is ;- Your landlords mortgage deal has come to an end, they have shopped around and are getting a better deal from a different lender. The new lender is giving the property a valuation to make sure it is valued at what . the landlord said it would. Absolutely nothing to worry about! by Bensider (Tue 7th Jun 2022 9:14pm)
  • Got ripped off by a black cab last year going to Glasgow airport so I’ve used Uber ever since. Much quicker, cheaper and better. Failing that phone a private taxi number in Paisley and get a price for them to pick you up. Give them your flight number and they will pick you up when you land. by Bensider (Tue 14th Jun 2022 5:55pm)
  • Since I put the original post, I thought I would add that I feel the current system was designed when the market was slow and the estate agents wanted to drum up business. It is now outdated and totally unnecessary. I still think that whoever starts advertising the actual home report price, stating that it is the home report price will win the day. They can still ask for offers over the HR price but at least you are not wasting peoples time. by Bensider (Wed 6th Jul 2022 9:04pm)
  • Think calling this a scam based on the fact this person has never posted before is a bit harsh. This person is not asking for sympathy or money, just advice. I wish I has some to give, speak to Salvation Army? Social-bite?. If you have an address maybe a part time job, not as easy as it sounds I appreciate? Not sure payday loans are a route to go down. Good luck to you, whoever you are. by Bensider (Tue 12th Jul 2022 8:52am)
