  • To raise testosterone levels. Get plenty of vitamins and nutrition, exercise more often even if it's like a 2 mile walk every little helps, try to burn more fat, fat produces more estrogen in the body or something like that it's bad anyway, get a shit ton of sleep. So basically nutrition get lots of protein, a moderate amount of fat and carbohydrates are good for you and vitamins ( vitamin D being the most important in testosterone production) and zinc but make sure to acquire all of your vitamin needs. Excercises, like basic home workouts, pressups/squats/situps etc. For a beginner who isn't active much I usually tell them 3 sets of ten of each, so like for example do 10 pressups take a breather then do another 10 take a breather and then another ten so that's 30 then do the same for squats and situps, then you can choose to increase more over time if you want. Get plenty of sleep, it's the most important thing, your body cant grow, refresh or do anything if you dont rest. Also dont get stressed, too much stress lowers your testosterone. Keep doing this for a few weeks and in your next checkup there should be a big difference. by CelticWarlord1 (Sun 28th Mar 2021 3:51pm)

  • Some literally can, most deficiencies if not all are sorted through diet. Maybe try eating right and excercising (which is how we literally produce testosterone you numpty) before wasting some doctors time during a pandemic. I'd like to recommend my advice to you also. by CelticWarlord1 (Mon 29th Mar 2021 1:16am)
  • Lol funny clip, but Gaelic isn't restricted to just the hebrides, but used to be spoken all over Scotland. Although nowadays most speakers are from the western isles theres still a good few in perthshire and the highlands, even some in Glasgow. by CelticWarlord1 (Wed 7th Apr 2021 2:47am)
