  • Cmon now Glasgow city centre is pretty fucking terrible comparing it to alot of major European cities. Those cities are nicer because they're more cycling and pedestrian friendly, have less cars, and more trees by DistributionWorried1 (Fri 23rd Oct 2020 7:45am)
  • yea it would make life alot better by DistributionWorried1 (Wed 28th Oct 2020 1:23pm)

  • Nice one! by DistributionWorried1 (Wed 28th Oct 2020 1:27pm)
  • Ofc that kind of car traffic should be prioritized along with busses and taxis, but actually I would argue better cycling and walking networks give e.g. wheelchair/mobility scooter users greater freedom to move about the city. by DistributionWorried1 (Wed 28th Oct 2020 4:23pm)
  • Actually studies show in alot places business activity picks up in streets with greater cycling/pedestrian infrastructure. They have higher footfall and people are more likely to stop and look inside shops. by DistributionWorried1 (Wed 28th Oct 2020 4:27pm)
  • aw i fucking love Frank Ocean, praying he'll come do more tours in Europe by DistributionWorried1 (Fri 13th Nov 2020 9:35pm)

  • Summers do exist! by DistributionWorried1 (Tue 12th Jan 2021 11:33pm)
  • Just from the top of my head here, but maybe people could bring their own pieces or you could put a small deposit down to borrow them from a food truck or other vendor nearby. The wind and rain is a problem for sure, but there are still days with good weather were they could be used. Pieces could also be magnetic or stone to hold against the weather :) by DistributionWorried1 (Tue 12th Jan 2021 11:31pm)
  • I'm awful so wouldn't be able to teach you anything haha by DistributionWorried1 (Tue 12th Jan 2021 11:40pm)

  • I live in that area and haven't had any issues so far. It's nice living so close to the river and the canal. by DistributionWorried1 (Sat 24th Apr 2021 11:17am)
  • What a great man. We have these safe spaces for drug consumption in my [home country](https://www.theguardian.com/world/commentisfree/2018/nov/21/fixing-rooms-saving-lives-drug-addicts) and it works pretty well. Clean needles so lower HIV risks and addicts are better supported by the social workers. Hope Scottish and UK governments will take note, think it could be good for Glasgow by DistributionWorried1 (Tue 4th May 2021 8:15pm)
  • Denmark by DistributionWorried1 (Tue 11th May 2021 5:18pm)
  • Cycle lanes on Queen Margaret drive to connect up with the one that will be built along Byres would be sound. Especially with the school being built on the corner with Maryhill road. Also some obstacles along Ruchill road because cars are driving down way too fast. Maybe some raised crossings, speed bumps, trees that they have to slalom around etc by DistributionWorried1 (Tue 11th May 2021 9:36pm)

  • I believe if you're fully vaxxed you just need to show a negative PCR test (less than 72 hours old) and dont need to quarantine upon arrival. I ordered my PCR test in the mail and did the test myself, then sent it back to the lab. I recommend you test and send it 2 days before your flight in order to get the result in time by DistributionWorried1 (Mon 11th Oct 2021 3:16pm)
  • well the UK decided to privatise the PCR testing so there are like 10-20 providers with varying prices and reviews, its a bit of a nightmare to navigate. I used Nationwide Pathology and it was ok. by DistributionWorried1 (Mon 11th Oct 2021 4:34pm)
  • He should shut the fuck up. Was literally the most powerful man on the planet for 8 years and did almost fucking nothing to fight climate change. by DistributionWorried1 (Sun 17th Oct 2021 8:06am)
