  • That's brilliant. Is this the empty store right on the corner of Argyle Street and Hope Street? by Duchess_Archer (Tue 9th Apr 2019 9:06am)
  • That's fantastic stuff. by Duchess_Archer (Tue 9th Apr 2019 4:04pm)

  • I was surprised how fast they go to be honest. by Duchess_Archer (Wed 15th May 2019 5:36pm)
  • Very cool. Great stuff. Enjoy your sweet ride mate, I'll keep cycling for now. by Duchess_Archer (Wed 15th May 2019 6:40pm)
  • Well at least fake some effort as you glide majestically through the park kind sir. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 16th May 2019 8:45am)
  • Spandex is cheating, I cycle with an 80's shell suit two sizes too big ensuring catching as much wind as possible. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 16th May 2019 10:00am)
  • Some broken bottles from very recently, that's about it. by Duchess_Archer (Fri 14th Jun 2019 9:21pm)
  • You have to enter near Kelvinbridge and head along the tunnel to the station. There's no way directly into the station from the Botanic Garden unless you lower down on a road which probably isn't the best idea. by Duchess_Archer (Sat 15th Jun 2019 1:55pm)
  • Kelvinbridge side for the best way in mucker by Duchess_Archer (Wed 17th Jul 2019 8:27pm)
  • Cycling down West Nile Street heading through the crossing onto Mitchell Street is an absolute headache, pedestrians just don't care there at all, cars are just as bad coming up Mitchell Street on the wrong side of the road after leaving the multi-story car park. Between that and taxi's purposely stopping in cycle boxes on purpose in a weird self righteous fashion it's a headache cycling in town. When I'm driving in town I definitely see some bad cyclists but it's nothing compared to the shit you get on a bike, everybody has an issue no matter what you do. by Duchess_Archer (Sat 19th Oct 2019 10:58pm)
  • Thanks very much. I edited out the council bin and a couple other things to tidy it up, I think it helps. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 12:55pm)
  • My apologies. I promise this is my photo. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 1:07pm)
  • Thank you. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 1:07pm)
  • Thank you very much, I did a bit of work in post to improve the colour, take the green moss down a bit and remove the bin, but I think it's a good representation of the building during lockdown without any people, cars, or buses around. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:14pm)
  • No, this was before the mask was added. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:13pm)
  • Thank you. It took a few days passing by at different times to get decent light but I'm happy with the way it turned out. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:13pm)
  • Two cones is one cone too many in my opinion. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:13pm)
  • Agreed, but I just took the photo that was there, I wasn't climbing that to make the correction, I'm not fit enough for that. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:12pm)
  • I did a bit of work in post on it to improve it, this isn't the high resolution version on here but it is a decent representation of how it looks. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:15pm)
  • Thank you very much. Hindsight is 20/20, thanks for the reminder though, I'll just have to live with my mistake. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:22pm)
  • Thank you! by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:36pm)
  • I know mate, I was trying to be funny about the state of me trying to climb that more than anything, sorry, I'm useless with communication. Thanks for the compliment, glad you like it. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 2:35pm)
  • Did you mean on me or on the Duke? I had one on, but the photo was before somebody put one on the statue. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 6:32pm)
  • I'm on my phone just now looking at it and I agree it does look a bit over done on reddit, I didn't realise it would scale up with this sort of compression when I uploaded it, the file I posted was under 1000 pixels wide to give me a little protection from duplication and it appears the clouds and the pillar lines look over processed now. I've actually printed the photo out a decent size and it looks much better in real-life. I'm definitely more happy with the print I have here than the image on Reddit by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 6:30pm)
  • Thank you! by Duchess_Archer (Thu 30th Apr 2020 9:49pm)
  • Cycletrade next to Glasgow Green are great for parts. by Duchess_Archer (Sat 18th Jul 2020 2:25pm)
  • I'd be interested is seeing some more of your shots from the infrared camera. It's something I keep considering doing and talking myself out of it. by Duchess_Archer (Thu 28th Jan 2021 9:55pm)
  • Originally when I first saw it the general approach seemed to be people had been converting cameras themselves and while I love fixing and modifying things I had to do a tiny repair to my Nikon D7200 a while back and that was overwhelming just out of fear of breaking my camera, but with this I think I might have look at revisiting the idea with a different camera. Great work. Thanks for the reply. by Duchess_Archer (Fri 29th Jan 2021 11:03am)
  • I shall have a look online to see what they're is. by Duchess_Archer (Fri 29th Jan 2021 6:45pm)
  • I go to Bowling on the bike now and then. Where is the pub you are referring to? by Duchess_Archer (Sat 13th May 2023 7:27am)
