  • No legal rules stopping them, only guidance. FWIW I just bumped into my Covid+ sister at the shops who came up and chatted to me coughing away 🫤 by Ghostdr1 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 2:02pm)
  • No, there's no legal restrictions anymore , she can do what she wants. I'm pretty annoyed my own fking sister has probably knowingly given it to me today. by Ghostdr1 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 2:18pm)
  • DELETED Despite what people generally say, that you should ignore it, you could be taken to court in a civil trial although for such a small sum these private parking companies generally don't. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/scotland/law-and-courts/parking-tickets/appealing-parking-tickets/parking-tickets-on-private-land-s/ by Ghostdr1 (Tue 23rd Aug 2022 7:49am)
  • It mentions this in the CAB page I posted, it says the parking company may still try to take you to court in a civil action as the registered keeper even if you deny you were driving the car. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 23rd Aug 2022 9:29am)
  • Keeper liability was changed in Scottish law in 2019 was it not? Not sure if it's law now or not. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 23rd Aug 2022 12:26pm)

  • It's the SNP in Scotland. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 23rd Aug 2022 6:38pm)
  • The SNP have all week been blaming the Labour run councils. If that's the case, why is there now a walk out in every council area? by Ghostdr1 (Tue 23rd Aug 2022 7:42pm)
  • If the SNP themselves are saying the budget is there(but Labour didn't want to implement the pay rises) the Wtf is going on? I'm no Unionist but theres clearly something not right. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 23rd Aug 2022 7:47pm)

  • DELETED Lol, in no way was it snyde. Some weird people on the internet tbh, you have to wonder how they get through the day. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 30th Aug 2022 12:02pm)
  • DELETED Did you get out of the wrong side of the bed this morning? I only said about 60-70% of bins were out on my street and that locally people have been told not to put them out. I was genuinely surprised to see so many out. Funny thing is,your posts are pretty snidey when you're accusing my posts of being snidey! by Ghostdr1 (Tue 30th Aug 2022 2:01pm)

  • Is that even an excuse anymore? You don't have to isolate and kids can even go to school with it. by Ghostdr1 (Sun 13th Nov 2022 11:22pm)
  • Fair enough, we all had it back in March and it was barely a sniffle but I guess if you get it bad then you can use it as an excuse. Hope you get better soon! by Ghostdr1 (Sun 13th Nov 2022 11:31pm)
  • You talking about a moon halo? It's caused by ice crystals in the air and the light from the moon refracting through them. https://www.skyatnightmagazine.com/space-science/moon-ring-halo/ by Ghostdr1 (Fri 9th Dec 2022 12:37am)
  • Savoy, grab a granny. by Ghostdr1 (Fri 9th Dec 2022 12:43am)
  • Its fair enough getting stuck but when it suddenly went backwards very fast, watching from the ground i started to panic a bit. Wife and daughter were in a car at the top at the time and said it suddenly dropped, daughter was crying. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 27th Dec 2022 7:49pm)
  • Way too busy by about 3. We arrived at 1 and it was ok but by 3 the queues were around 30-40min for the rides. A few things charge you like the trampoline and you get tickets when you enter (cant remember how many we got, think 30 or 40 for the three of us). Each ride is say 1 or 2 tickets each so when you run out you have to buy more. It would've been ok if it wasn't so busy. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 27th Dec 2022 7:58pm)
  • Yeah, gave tickets away too. by Ghostdr1 (Tue 27th Dec 2022 9:33pm)
