  • Wait... are 5-a-sides back on? I better not have been patched from my regular game! by HAHASAS_ (Wed 22nd Jul 2020 5:12pm)
  • For the rest of today I'm going to be thinking about how you consider offering a greasy egg to people to swallow whole is "giving back" by HAHASAS_ (Sun 2nd Aug 2020 11:10am)
  • I'd join but my keyboard is in English by HAHASAS_ (Thu 13th Aug 2020 7:06am)

  • John Spencer was openly Roman Catholic when playing for Rangers. I think first high profile Roman Catholic is a more apt description by HAHASAS_ (Thu 13th Aug 2020 12:31pm)
  • Considering applying just to ask the same question. Repeatedly applying under different name. Good on you for pulling them up by HAHASAS_ (Fri 14th Aug 2020 5:31pm)
  • Seriously, if you can, get out to Livi skatepark by HAHASAS_ (Fri 14th Aug 2020 8:27pm)
  • I've only been to one pub in Glasgow since they re-opened (numerous times mind you) and they take my details. You order at an isolated section of the bar, pay and they bring the drink(s) over to you. How many different pubs have you been to in Glasgow since the re-opening of them? by HAHASAS_ (Sat 15th Aug 2020 11:43am)
  • William Beggs *might* be out of jail next year, you could ask him by HAHASAS_ (Sun 16th Aug 2020 9:21am)

  • This is a good shout. Is more of a Rangers-leaning pub with regards to the regulars so won't necessarily be hard to get a booking by HAHASAS_ (Sat 22nd Aug 2020 11:11am)
  • Paisley as a girls name is ~~pretty popular~~ not as uncommon as you think. by HAHASAS_ (Sun 23rd Aug 2020 9:34am)

  • Knifey - swing outwards on a ropey with a knife (or a stick after the knife ban came into place) in hand and on the inwards swing you leaned backwards and stabbed the knife as far back as you could into the ground. Next person to go had to swing outwards and manage to grab the knife on the inwards swing. It was then their turn to see how far back they could get the knife into the ground. People who used their feet to propel them back further (either when stabbing the knife or grabbing it) were cheating bastards and got flung down the ravine the ropey was over by HAHASAS_ (Tue 25th Aug 2020 1:16pm)
  • They did 50p a drink/pint for the England v Argentina game in 2002. Got steaming on a fiver and ended up with a cigarette hole burned through my Argentina away strip by HAHASAS_ (Wed 26th Aug 2020 6:58am)
  • I've noticed (on both Netflix & Prime) that the skip option isn't available on the first episode of a new series you watch. It becomes available on the next episode though by HAHASAS_ (Fri 28th Aug 2020 12:09pm)
  • How does the extended household concept actually work? Household 1 (me & gf) Household 2 (parents) Household 3 (brother & his wife) Can my parents form an extended household with *both* me & my brother? by HAHASAS_ (Thu 10th Sep 2020 2:25pm)

  • If someone came up to me and said that they'd get questioned why the fuck they're out and not self-isolating and then we'd just be in an avoidable argument by HAHASAS_ (Thu 24th Sep 2020 1:00pm)
  • It gets worse when someone's interpretation is not the same as yours. I consider "the back of" to be just after the hour but I know of at least 2 people who consider it to be just before the hour. My parents are idiots. by HAHASAS_ (Fri 25th Sep 2020 1:31pm)

  • Reading the anniversary of the creation of the Boys Brigade brought back memories of playing football at 9am on a rock solid red ash pitch, absolutely freezing, with an ill-fitting strip and dreading the inevitable "ping" on the inside of the thigh from the Mitre Mouldmaster by HAHASAS_ (Sun 4th Oct 2020 11:38am)
  • The hot orange at half time. A vain attempt to put heat back into numb limbs, hands and feet by HAHASAS_ (Sun 4th Oct 2020 1:10pm)
  • He never owned Rangers. He put £40m via his company ENIC for a 20% stake, which got him one seat on the board (that he put Daniel Levy on as his rep). David Murray promised Joe Lewis that he'd have a voice in the running of the club, but the reality was that Murray was only interested in the £40m and most, if not all of what ENIC suggested/proposed with regards to the running of the club was ignored. ENIC eventually sold their shareholding in Rangers to David Murray 7 years later for £8m. Joe Lewis was diddled out of £32m by David Murray. by HAHASAS_ (Wed 7th Oct 2020 3:46pm)
  • What a brilliant surprise that must've been for your Dad. Photo is excellent. I like how the boy in the foreground, with his back to the camera, is poised, awaiting the outcome of the 3 way battle for possession of the ball before him, his mind fixed on absolutely crunching the as-yet unknown victor, the successful execution of this seeing him crowned as the ultimate champion. by HAHASAS_ (Sat 10th Oct 2020 9:29am)
  • Noticed the exact same thing when out for a walk earlier. Cafes were absolutely rammed with queues going right outside the door. by HAHASAS_ (Sat 10th Oct 2020 2:35pm)
  • An important lesson I learned from working in retail & customer service is that being angry/a cunt will NOT get you the outcome you want, within the timeframe you expect. by HAHASAS_ (Sat 10th Oct 2020 2:41pm)
  • Walked past the Botanics yesterday and spotted the signage up for this years Glasglow event, scheduled to kick off this weekend (I think). Glad to see the money grab is still on despite the circumstances. by HAHASAS_ (Thu 22nd Oct 2020 12:50pm)

  • Yip. Any God. It's not restrictive to any one of them. by HAHASAS_ (Thu 5th Nov 2020 8:45am)
  • I dunno, as long as applicants state they believe in a god-like entity they're considered for membership. There's no stipulation that you must declare *which* god-like entity so theoretically it is secular by HAHASAS_ (Thu 5th Nov 2020 9:18am)
