  • Please tell them everything and don’t just hope they will read between the lines. You know your mind & body more than anyone. GPs are also, sadly, very short on time and resources…so in all honesty, patients do get further when they do some of the work themselves. I hope you get the time, attention & treatment you deserve! Also, if you feel like the GP you see doesn’t help enough - make an appointment with another.   • https://centreoftherapy.org I’m not sure if it’s still the case, but around 2 years ago you could get free counselling from this service if you chose a “trainee therapist”. My trainee turned out to be a clinical psychologist that was doing a post-grad in CBT. I’m sorry your feeling like you do. I hope you find something/someone to help.
