  • Ot will be fun to watch though, Cummings Vs Boris. It is not at all clear who would win. by ImpossibleSky7 (Sun 24th May 2020 7:03pm)
  • Check out Croftfoot, Kings Park, Simshill, cathcart and muirend. Plenty of train stations and decent cycling opportunities if you are into that. Loads of nice green spaces. You get the occasional idiot, but it's a very good area. Although like most of Glasgow you get a decent area which borders with a pretty deprived one. Quite happy to be in the South side, as you get a lot more house for your pounds. Depends on what you are looking for, of course. You can DM me if you like, I just went through the whole ordeal. Best of luck. by ImpossibleSky7 (Sat 4th Jul 2020 7:55pm)
  • You might also find this useful https://simd.scot/#/simd2020/BTTTFTT/9/-4.0000/55.9000/ but take it with a grain of salt as not all fields would apply, like overcrowding, access to central heating, etc, but things like crime and high unemployment could be an indicator that maybe this is not where you want to buy. Of course the more blue on the map, the more expensive the housing in the area, so you need to find your middle ground. by ImpossibleSky7 (Sat 4th Jul 2020 8:01pm)
