  • Glasgow City Council have a "Reporting a Noise Problem" page which should give you all the info you need, From the page ; "If the noise is ongoing, officers can come out to your property to measure noise levels and assess the problem to see what action is required. (All our noise officers wear plain clothes, drive unmarked vehicles and carry ID badges, so there's no need to worry about being identified as the complainer). If the noise coming from your neighbour's property is excessive, we can issue a legal Warning Notice requiring the noise level to be reduced. If your neighbour doesn't reduce the noise to an acceptable level, we can issue a £100 Fixed Penalty Notice. If this isn't paid, the case will be referred to the Procurator Fiscal and in extreme cases the noise making equipment could also be seized." by JWA93 (Thu 9th Mar 2023 5:35pm)

  • For me it's getting way too busy these days, flats and houses being built on every spare bit of ground. Rubbish everywhere, seen someone today put a bag next to a bin because it wouldn't fit into the bin slot instead of just emptying it a bit then putting the rest in. Saving up to escape this hole. Rent and house prices are a joke. by JWA93 (Sun 23rd Apr 2023 5:01pm)
  • I've been to most European Cities and Glasgow certainly wins the most rubbish award that and Fly Tipping. Yeah most cities tend to have litter but Glasgow seems to be on another level. by JWA93 (Sun 23rd Apr 2023 5:36pm)
  • Cooking ain't that hard... I'd much rather cook than throw my money away at a place like Locavore... Extortionate. You have low energy because you're eating trash. At least try a week of homemade food, guarantee you'll feel better. by JWA93 (Tue 25th Apr 2023 9:07am)

  • Just shows how much chaos the traffic lights cause. Usually takes me around 20 minutes to go to my local shops, took just under 10 today... No sitting at lights while the other side is green with no cars coming then my side goes and lets 2/3 cars through before going red again.. by JWA93 (Mon 12th Jun 2023 2:41pm)
