I am fed up with GCC too. No phone to call, hours wait for chat? Months passed and no Email reply but they are quick to send collection notices with the matter which I have been following up for months. I am so happy to read this. Yes, I think we all have wooden tile type floor in building. My hallway is squeaky at one particular spot, and I become so conscious walking to that area in odd hours thinking what if it awakens my downstairs neighbor. I hope they will let me know if this disturbs them. Oh! a few months ago when I had the ceiling light fixed and when electrician removed a part of the plasterboard, I noticed the ceiling was made of concrete for me too.
