Thank you, I doubt whether I will be able to go that high price-wise but I will have a look. Where have I seen places for £70,000? Carntyne, Springburn, Milton, Barrhead, Riddrie, Bishopbriggs, Stepps and further out - Paisley, Johnstone, Renfrew and East Kilbride. I just don’t know what areas are ok and which aren’t so great for whatever reason. I am so out of touch with Glasgow. I lived there for 8 years and loved it but that was soooo long ago…

Thank you - I am certain that’s really good advice. We might just do that because my son also has to pass his driving test too and obviously I don’t want him to have to do that in a new area…

Thank you - oh, I really sympathise and totally understand. I am reliant on public transport right now and it is a nightmare. So many cancelled buses these days too. I am spending more and more days within four walls because I know that it’s just going to be unbearable hassle to attempt a trip. Really makes me feel down..
