  • I'm a new user so this may get deleted but I live here. Concierge is a grumpy bastard. There is no bin chutes so you have to go around the back of tesco to dump the bins. The main courtyard can be a bit echoey at night and they're opening a bar in the building this year so I imagine it will get worse. I can't get the door buzzer to open remotely. On the other hand, it is a central location and depending on what side you're on, the views may be good. It's a historic building and the lifts work. Never had a cleanliness issue. I'm moving out soon so you may well be viewing my flat. by MoHataMo_Gheansai (Sun 16th May 2021 11:05pm)
  • Haha I came back to look at other comments. I discovered that there are two remarkably similar looking concierges. One is really nice but the other is an arse. Both short men with glasses. by MoHataMo_Gheansai (Tue 18th May 2021 3:00pm)
  • Just chatting to a new concierge, the old one has had a heart attack unfortunately. He'll be OK apparently but I don't think he'll be working here for a while. by MoHataMo_Gheansai (Fri 28th May 2021 1:43pm)
