  • So me and some friends were planning to go out for drinks, but now one of them is freaking out cause TRNSMT is on and now they are convinced everything is going to be packed beyond belief at 7pm and we won't get a drink. Is it really going to be that busy? by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Sat 11th Sep 2021 8:23am)
  • I was planning on getting the subway so that won't be a problem. Sounds like we should be fine then. by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Sat 11th Sep 2021 8:34am)
  • Well that's what I thought to but they are in full meltdown thinking we should move it to the west end now instead. by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Sat 11th Sep 2021 8:30am)
  • They are totally fine being in a crowded bar. They were even suggesting booking bunker (it's booked up because you don't wait until two nights before to ask for a place when we decided on a date weeks ago) I think they just assume it will be so busy we won't get a seat anywhere and they don't want to stand. by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Sat 11th Sep 2021 8:54am)
  • But how else can we recapture our youth if not by highjacking a Freshers week? by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Sat 11th Sep 2021 12:53pm)
  • Well that's what I'm doing. I'm just trying to avoid a situation where they can be like "well I told you so" by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Sat 11th Sep 2021 1:44pm)
  • I have to get the bus twice a day for work. I just get a 10 week city pass. Costs me just over £100 but if I were to get an all day ticket for everyday I'd be looking at £200+ I get it on the app and it gives me a QR code the bus scans, had no problems with it. Just be sure to check on the first bus website for the map of bus zones to make sure you get the right ticket. by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Mon 4th Oct 2021 7:41am)
  • Perfect, thank you. I thought it might be as much but didn't want to get blindsided tomorrow morning. by MonkeyOnTheRadio (Sun 17th Jul 2022 11:30pm)
