  • I've used phone apps to do readings but I don't know if these are trustworthy. However, the results were consistently way over 41 dB. I have recorded them and submitted the videos to Glasgow City Council. Still waiting for any action to be taken. by NymeriaDarkstar (Mon 17th Aug 2020 5:54pm)
  • Thank god, finally another Cyclebox victim! You can send a noise complaint here: [https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/reportnoise](https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/reportnoise) . You don't need an account, however I would recommend making one so that you can keep track of the request. Keep in mind, all requests I submitted online got closed without further explanation, until I called them. I recommend calling their officers here **0141 287 6688** after 5pm. I called them the other night, and they filed a request for me and told me they would call Cyclebox. That request is still open, so I called in last night to ask if they did anything because the noise continued. They said they would get an officer to call me back the same evening, and no one called. I also called 101 and they told me to give my incident number to GCC and keep a log of when they start and finish playing music every day. Which is obviously annoying because I don't want to tolerate their trash club music for any longer than I already have, and I have better things to do during the day than be a secretary for Cyclebox. Please please please complain to both GCC and police. I have been trying to reach out to more people and sign a massive complaint. But for now the best thing we can do is to flood GCC with noise reports, because I don't think they are taking this seriously. by NymeriaDarkstar (Wed 19th Aug 2020 1:09pm)
  • I think it's on the top floor, yeah. The agency is countrywide lettings. Any chance you could specifically ask your pal about noise/rumbling? by NymeriaDarkstar (Fri 25th Dec 2020 11:22am)
