  • Not sure if that's the right idea unless you are quoting from some research paper. As far as I know, pets have the same photosensitive reactions as us from touching the plants. So can't imagine what that would do to the poor animals' mouths. by PsychologicalSense53 (Thu 23rd Jun 2022 9:37am)
  • Hogweed looks like another plant, so it's a bit confusing. Pets have the same reactions like us and the sap is photosensitive. Not sure about awareness, but do please write (with pics if possible) to GCC parks authority. by PsychologicalSense53 (Thu 23rd Jun 2022 9:36am)
  • Read the other article from BBC at the top of the thread, that one does. by PsychologicalSense53 (Thu 23rd Jun 2022 10:10am)
  • There's Glasvegan in the square behind St Enoch subway station entrances. They have good food, minus the meat options if you can skip it once every two months. by PsychologicalSense53 (Wed 29th Jun 2022 3:00am)
  • Lots of places in the city centre actually. Just walk into stores on Argyle Street with adverts on the storefronts. by PsychologicalSense53 (Mon 18th Jul 2022 1:54am)
  • Iceland. It's been almost a year that I had it and still get loose motions if I eat anything spicy. For context, I'm from Assam, the land of ghost chillies, my hometown is popular for it, and I could eat the spiciest things that no one else in my family dared. Until I had that pizza. My God. I finished one bottle of Fanta, half a bottle of mango juice, and 1 bar of Milkybar white chocolate as side dishes to keep up with the 🔥. Then was on the loo for a week with watery 💩. Never again. It's permanently affected my ability of enjoying spicy food to be sure. by PsychologicalSense53 (Mon 5th Sep 2022 12:25pm)
  • Can you pm me the advert please? My brother will arrive on Sunday from India, so my flatmate needs to move out, but hasn't had much luck due to the housing crisis. by PsychologicalSense53 (Sat 24th Sep 2022 2:58am)
  • Same in Laurieston. by PsychologicalSense53 (Sat 24th Sep 2022 6:42am)
  • Totally understand. I would be wary too. Can we talk on WhatsApp video call perhaps if you want to verify our identity (if the flat is still available)? Other platforms would work too. by PsychologicalSense53 (Tue 27th Sep 2022 3:57pm)
  • Just in case my parking space is cheaper than your other places, it costs about £2.95 a day through yourparkingspace website, and is on Portugal Street. Alternatively, you can park around Bridge Street subway station for free like someone else mentioned. by PsychologicalSense53 (Sat 15th Oct 2022 3:57am)
  • As an Indian, I would recommend Mowgli, it's as authentic as British Indian restaurants can be by PsychologicalSense53 (Sun 23rd Oct 2022 3:11am)
  • It's illegal to cut other people's trees from the owner's side of the garden. Your neighbour can legally cut 'overhanging' branches of 'your' tree only up to 'their' property boundary line, and only from 'their' side of the garden, and then they have to offer you the branches back (whether you accept is your choice). This is the advice I send out as a Tree Officer in the Council. Also, if you live in a Conservation Area or your address has any Tree Preservation Orders, and if other neighbours complain to us about the tree canopy being gone, we will send the case to Planning Enforcement and they will take action against you. Please have a discussion with your neighbour, they are probably unaware of their illegal actions. by PsychologicalSense53 (Sat 5th Nov 2022 4:20am)
  • Places like Cosmo (buffet place at St Enoch) and Barburrito offers free meals for birthdays. If you hand in a cake, a robot will bring out the cake (with free champagne I think) while singing the Happy Birthday song. Who needs people to sing it?! 😅 by PsychologicalSense53 (Fri 25th Nov 2022 10:39pm)
  • Omg! That's so creepy! Cosmo's is adorable, not at all like this alien by PsychologicalSense53 (Sat 26th Nov 2022 6:00am)
