  • If the bin is full leave it next to the bin then and it will still be collected, just make sure its packaged properly so it doesn't go flying everywhere. Pretty pointless going all that way and just because there no space inside the bin you walk all the way back with the rubbish. by Redditerers (Mon 26th Apr 2021 3:21pm)
  • Cyclist lanes are useful for maybe 3 months out of the year if you're lucky. The other 9 it's raining and no one is out nvm out cycling. Our weather ain't cut out for this shit. by Redditerers (Sat 1st May 2021 1:08am)
  • The rest of europe is closer to the equator and gets a lot more sun than Scotland in particular being one of the closest to the Arctic out of every European country. Scotland gets more rain and shitty weather than any other country in Europe due it being much further away from the Equator and closer to the Arctic, Scotland is much higher up as well. Literally no one cycles when its raining and it's raining most of the year here. by Redditerers (Sat 1st May 2021 11:25am)

  • I have no issues with cyclists and I actually cycle myself. There is just no need for that amount of space for cyclists on both sides of the road when 1 side with a 2 way lane would work perfectly fine while cutting congestion at a particularly busy area. Not to mention the side streets which have plenty of space to fit cyclist lanes by Redditerers (Fri 9th Jul 2021 12:57am)
