  • I was just irritated and later that night become upset due to other circumstances (in treatment for anxiety).   • I did not record him, however this statement is true - Some people may do this if they seen a similar sight which would be pretty nasty. Drunks in public are putting themselves at this risk for this, as I said he showed self awareness of this then continued to be rather loud.
