  • Yer, sounds like your package was small enough to get lost. by TWATno1 (Sun 13th Dec 2020 9:58pm)
  • I moved to Glasgow about a month ago and I don't know a single soul who lives here. I was in London beforehand and just hitting the pub to a random gig was my thing. Loved listening to new weird music that I haven't heard of and meet people through going to gigs, or run to the pub with some people who were in my uni lectures to carry on a debate. In London the start of Lockdown my alcohol consumption rose heavily!! I was living in a house with 7 people and we did BBQ's and bonfires every other night, jam sessions and just drank A LOT of wine. I have to admit my alcohol intake now is non-existent since I moved. But meeting people has been a struggle since moving especially considering I just landed a job which is self-employed... so I don't meet anyone doing my job either. Have to be a bit creative in how I meet people I guess, so joining a club has been a start to my social recluseness. I think the break-in cycle of pub has been a good thing overall, just feel a lot healthier. Then again, I find it depends on who you live with which has an impact on your behaviours and influences. But yep the no pubs has definitely tainted creating relations with people. by TWATno1 (Fri 18th Dec 2020 9:53pm)
  • Ah excellent, I look forward to it. Being in a social bubble with just myself is entertaining but may have sent me a little bit nuts. by TWATno1 (Sat 19th Dec 2020 2:51pm)

  • I've got the equipment, I just wanted a not-so-hardcore thing with lots of scrambles given the time of year and weather. by TWATno1 (Sun 20th Dec 2020 6:20pm)
