  • Oh.. Thanks... It seems like the kind of websites where you reach out to strangers displaying ads. Is there any security concerns? by Toha98 (Sat 11th Jul 2020 3:43pm)
  • Since I am moving, I wouldn't be able to physically view the room. Which is why I am cautious. What would you recommend to do? by Toha98 (Sat 11th Jul 2020 5:10pm)

  • I can vouch for this. They are most dodgy letting agent. They made my life hell when it came to returning the deposit. They withheld it just because there was some dust on the skirting. I got it back of course, but only after months of dispute. Do not give up your rights and let it go. They prey on people who don't know their rights. Absolute horrible letting agent. by Toha98 (Sun 17th Jan 2021 9:29pm)

  • Could you elaborate on what you mean by grim?... Is it just quiet/less people? You cannot really get a feel of an area unless you live there. That's why I am asking. Simply visiting for an afternoon doesn't give you the full picture. by Toha98 (Wed 30th Jun 2021 10:05am)
  • Well shit. You never get a cheap deal on rent. There's always a catch I guess. Do you see the area improving in terms of developments or is it all grim? by Toha98 (Wed 30th Jun 2021 10:23am)
