  • Arlington Baths in Woodlands. It's quite pricey, but it also has multiple saunas and you can bring someone over for 5£! by WithLove2002 (Wed 14th Oct 2020 5:16pm)
  • Alexandra Park is the best one in Glasgow, yeah, I said it. by WithLove2002 (Thu 15th Oct 2020 7:46pm)
  • Oh yeah, I've now realized that there's an option to buy a daily/weekly network ticket. But it's so absurd that there's such a small discrepancy between a single and regular ticket. What a ripoff single tickets are, god. by WithLove2002 (Wed 25th Nov 2020 4:20pm)
  • I mean for students a day ticket literally costs less than a single when traveling across different zones. Just wow. What is also absurd is that a bundle of 5 single Network tickets, which are supposed to give you access to all the zones if I understand correctly, costs 12£. Yet I paid 5.40£ on the bus. by WithLove2002 (Wed 25th Nov 2020 6:41pm)
  • I haven't thought about checking Glasgow Green, that should suit me. Thank you! by WithLove2002 (Mon 28th Dec 2020 2:06pm)
  • That's a bit too far for my liking, but thank you lots! by WithLove2002 (Mon 28th Dec 2020 2:04pm)
  • That was my initial plan, but I visited it again and head a proper look. Unfortunately, it only has some very specific equipment for isolated movements and not a single proper bar for pullups or dips even. It seems like a very well equipped spot for a kids' playground though. It's unfortunate that they didn't include any basic rig. by WithLove2002 (Mon 28th Dec 2020 4:04pm)
  • It's obscene how hard it is to find public equipment for pullups/dips. I bet people would be very willing to utilize it, especially now during lockdown. With proper individual security measures taken it should be a lifesaver for a lot of people seeking to be physically active. by WithLove2002 (Mon 28th Dec 2020 4:09pm)
  • She was a true visionary. Anybody who is keeping up to date with the current electronic music scene knows how massive her impact is on modern music. One of the best sonic engineers we have ever witnessed. Glasgow should be proud. by WithLove2002 (Sat 30th Jan 2021 2:03pm)
  • She's definitely heavily influenced by that scene, yes. I am not sure if it necessarily comes from Glasgow's scene, but happy hardcore/late 90's-early naughties edm is 100% one of her inspirations. by WithLove2002 (Sat 30th Jan 2021 7:43pm)
  • Yes, but she also had close ties with London as far as I know. She was close with Glaswegian labels Numbers and Huntley's + Palmers though. by WithLove2002 (Sat 30th Jan 2021 7:54pm)
