  • Just means the HR has under valued the property. Great joy of the Scottish property system is that regardless of what any surveyor says your home is worth exactly what someone else is willing to pay for it. by Zaathrass (Sat 23rd Oct 2021 9:34am)

  • Any independent running in my area. I’m done with political parties (they’re all full of shit). Conservatives are corrupt liars. Labour are completely directionless. Liberal Democrats completely failed to revolutionise after a catastrophic defeat. SNP want to be kings of their own little hill. Greens support the SNP position. Last guy I voted for wanted every to go back to being monkeys. He struck me as being far more likely to make an unbiased decision in case of election. by Zaathrass (Mon 2nd May 2022 5:15pm)
  • On the whole the north west is pretty safe ground compared to a lot of the rest of Glasgow. Knightswood is generally good. Large swathes of Drumchapel are positively civilised these days. Anniesland is fine. Maryhill has some very respectable parts now. Personally I would try to avoid… Ruchill, Possil, Lambhill & Cadder by Zaathrass (Mon 9th May 2022 10:31pm)
  • I can we’ll believe that. It’s been 15+ years since I lived in any of these areas. Any time you drive through them now there’s b en lots of rebuilding. by Zaathrass (Wed 11th May 2022 11:08pm)

  • https://tfp-fertility.com/en-gb/tfp-gcrm-fertility, they were GCRM when we used them. Staff and facilities were great. Our little IVF Baby turns 4 this year, so they must have done something right. by Zaathrass (Fri 7th Apr 2023 6:49pm)
  • Rough road you travelled there! We’ll done for getting through it and a congratulations. Come to think of it with only a month or between our kids in age we’ve probably sat next to each other in reception at some point 😆 by Zaathrass (Fri 7th Apr 2023 8:27pm)
  • From my experience: Buy a place holder wee cheapo and let her pick the winner AFTER she’s says yes. Will also get the right size. by Zaathrass (Mon 17th Apr 2023 6:24pm)
  • Meetup.com Glasgow had / has a pretty good set of social groups which are NOT dating groups. Good way of getting out and about and finding new people naturally (ish). That’s how my wife and I met 11 years ago. The group we were in at the time spawned 7 or 8 couples and an now 7 babies. Highly highly recommend Meetup.com. Just don’t rush anything and learn to be yourself. by Zaathrass (Mon 15th May 2023 6:15am)
