  • It’s ridiculous. Did you get a text because you tested positive? I tested negative but still had to isolate as I was a close contact of a positive case and had only had one vax. Got no text at all just a notification from the app. by berto999 (Fri 1st Oct 2021 3:09pm)
  • I received no text or any communication other than the initial app notification. Was this because I didn’t test positive but still had to isolate because I was a close contact? by berto999 (Fri 1st Oct 2021 4:28pm)
  • This happened almost exactly a month ago. I didn’t have both jags then and so had to self isolate despite testing negative. I applied for the grant straight away and only heard back yesterday. I have the self-isolation certificate & reference number that the app forwarded on to my work to confirm I had to isolate. by berto999 (Fri 1st Oct 2021 5:29pm)
  • Spoke to test & protect and they somehow have no record of me having to isolate for those dates. Hopefully the certificate sent to my work will be proof enough by berto999 (Fri 1st Oct 2021 6:37pm)
