  • Thank you! I am looking into a custom seat (a cheap one on Amazon, but something that helps nonetheless), so I think that Bike For Good would be a good option. I heard about them during my research. They’re the ones who do classes as well, right? by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 27th Jun 2021 5:22am)
  • Thank you! I appreciate the words of encouragement. That is something I would never have considered (storage, definitely, and stealing, but that specific issue…hm). I will have to think about that part. by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 27th Jun 2021 5:26am)
  • I’ll have to check that out! Thanks by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 2:14pm)
  • I mean as in fries. Thanks for the Weatherspoon’s tip. I’m definitely good for crisps. I know where to buy them, like, Lidl’s brand crisps are gluten free. I don’t generally frequent health food stores. by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 2:13pm)
  • I’m actually really after a place I can get them out. My freezer is tiny and I share it with my flatmate, so I don’t really have the storage space to buy them. I’d just like to eat out. As someone with a gluten allergy, I don’t really eat out often, unfortunately. by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 2:18pm)
  • Yeah, I’m not sure how that myth got perpetuated? It’s scientifically bogus. I’ll definitely keep that in mind about Spoons, thank you. I always ask about shared fryers, and mostly stick to places with separate ones when going out to eat. by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 2:21pm)
  • Yeah, I’ve been to chippies in other cities that have separate fryers just for their gluten free items, which is why I thought I would ask. I’ll have to put Catch on the list, thanks! by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 2:27pm)
  • Thank you, I will check this out! by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 3:08pm)
  • Thank you!!!!!! by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 3:07pm)
  • I’m familiar with FindMeGlutenFree! I’m really looking for recommendations from people who know Glasgow, though. FMGF is largely used as a tourist app. Thank you so much for your diligence, though. I really appreciate it. by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 3:07pm)
  • I don’t need to sit in, so I will heed your advice. Thanks for the tip! by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 3:17pm)
  • Oof that’s rough. Yeah, not to mention the dichotomy of paying the same price for broth as a “regular” ramen or paying £4 more to make everything gluten free. I’m sure you were able to witness that experience first hand with your friend. It’s rough! by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 3:16pm)
  • That’s been on my list for absolute ages. I definitely want to go soon. Glad to hear it’s as good as it sounds! by cappucinnoclouds (Sun 26th Jun 2022 3:32pm)
