  • Thanks very much for that! by cesca87 (Thu 1st Aug 2019 8:16am)
  • I think you need to enter with the person who bought the tickets, we had a problem trying to get the names changed in our tickets. So over the top and annoying. by cesca87 (Thu 15th Aug 2019 8:47pm)
  • You could always make a new gig buddy in the process! by cesca87 (Thu 15th Aug 2019 9:40pm)
  • There are four in our group and were arriving at different times so they said the other members of the group weren't even allowed to come back out to let us in...it's called a cardholder only event or something. I know they're trying to stop ticket touts but it's a total pain! Maybe phone whoever you bought your ticket from to check? by cesca87 (Fri 16th Aug 2019 5:55am)
  • B&Q at parkhead next to the Tesco will definitely have by cesca87 (Fri 20th Sep 2019 6:45am)
  • There's a really cool old second hand bookshop in Otago lane that you can get lost in for hours by cesca87 (Sat 28th Sep 2019 7:49am)
  • Also all bar one by cesca87 (Thu 5th Mar 2020 9:32am)
  • St judes can either cater or let you take your own food to a private room with a bar by cesca87 (Thu 5th Mar 2020 9:32am)
  • They did an awful prosecco disco at swg3 as well and refused to give refunds by cesca87 (Wed 8th Jul 2020 6:48pm)
  • Yeah all my friends that are buying places at the moment are saying you're looking at 15-20% over the asking price due to the competition. I think that's just for houses though, not quite as bad with flats. by cesca87 (Sat 15th Aug 2020 4:48pm)
  • Yeah think that's it, noone wants to be cooped up in a city flat if we go into lockdown again by cesca87 (Sun 16th Aug 2020 5:59am)
  • It actually upsets me so much that people can't do this right, I was tempted to be "that person" who put up a sign in the bin she'd asking people to be more thoughtful but too late now. Doubt many people will bother walking up the road with a stinky food waste bag in my building by cesca87 (Mon 17th Aug 2020 4:52am)
  • Yeah I know but I was in a hurry and there were no police stations/banks nearby so it was the safest option by cesca87 (Wed 23rd Dec 2020 2:21pm)
  • You'll get the most for your money on autotrader as you're cutting out the middle man but stay firm on the price and if they try tell you anything is wrong with the car double check as people do bluff! We buy any car give you a great price on the website but then when you get there take money off for every minescule scratch you can't even see. I got £1200 more on autotrader for a Corsa than we buy any car were willing to give. by cesca87 (Fri 5th Feb 2021 6:30am)
  • They seem pretty lax about parking at the moment, I parked in the staff permit bit of the multistorey for a few hours the week before last, there were loads of spaces and I didn't get a ticket. Alternatively if she's just there for a short visit and needs some shopping she could always park in the Lidl car park and buy something on her return? by cesca87 (Thu 25th Feb 2021 9:39pm)
  • That's great thank you! by cesca87 (Sun 28th Feb 2021 7:20pm)
  • Cheers for that! by cesca87 (Sun 28th Feb 2021 7:59pm)
  • Second this, staff are really nice and won't take the piss by cesca87 (Wed 3rd Mar 2021 4:45am)
  • Cheers for that! by cesca87 (Thu 4th Mar 2021 4:16am)
  • Sainsbury's partick as well, botanics are definitely open by cesca87 (Sat 6th Mar 2021 12:56pm)
  • Gosh at kelvinbridge are really good. by cesca87 (Sun 21st Mar 2021 3:57am)
  • I just got one on powerhouse, free delivery and they have some decent price reductions. Also do blue light discount if you work for emergency services by cesca87 (Thu 8th Apr 2021 8:21am)
  • I got a bodymax b1 racer and it arrived within a few days. It's a decent bike although you can't adjust the height of the handlebars which is a bit annoying! It's got a year warranty as well. I've only used it maybe 4 or 5 times so far but it's working well and was the cheapest bike I could find with a decent weighted flywheel. by cesca87 (Thu 8th Apr 2021 8:43pm)
  • Velvet Moon on argyle Street has nice stuff too by cesca87 (Fri 4th Jun 2021 10:54am)
  • Reach pharmacy on argyle Street do same day PCR but I don't know how much they charge by cesca87 (Wed 7th Jul 2021 9:35pm)
  • John Lewis have loads of patterns but it's not exactly supporting local! As already mentioned Mandors is a good shout by cesca87 (Mon 12th Jul 2021 10:30am)
  • Gosh on great western road by cesca87 (Sun 22nd Aug 2021 9:32pm)
  • They've recently changed their menu and unfortunately very little gluten free on it now, shame because before pretty much everything was gluten free by cesca87 (Wed 15th Sep 2021 5:06am)
  • I'm always a bit paranoid about pizza places doing gluten free pizza, there's so much flour floating about in the kitchen I don't know how they can keep it separate and wonder in some places how much staff care/understand about cross contamination. That's awful if they did that to you! by cesca87 (Wed 15th Sep 2021 5:14am)
  • 13th note as well by cesca87 (Wed 15th Sep 2021 5:11am)
  • Anchor line, Halloumi, and Cafe Andaluz are all a good shout by cesca87 (Wed 15th Sep 2021 5:09am)
  • Melrose and Sharpe at Radnor street is the best practice I have ever been to. Would definitely recommend by cesca87 (Sun 17th Oct 2021 9:30pm)
  • I didn't get the letter for my second appointment until a few days before I was meant to go but I got my vaccine bang on 8 weeks after the first by cesca87 (Fri 5th Nov 2021 12:38pm)
  • Hill Street viewpoint is really nice, I only found it a few weeks ago and have lived in Glasgow for 14 years by cesca87 (Sat 6th Nov 2021 4:16am)
  • Second this, they couldn't have been more helpful and had the lowest fees out of everyone we checked by cesca87 (Mon 8th Nov 2021 2:11pm)
  • Bag 'o Nails does a good draft, Bario also. by cesca87 (Thu 11th Nov 2021 2:24pm)

  • We've just moved into the new builds round the corner from Seedhill Road, I walk that way with the pram all the time and it seems fine by cesca87 (Mon 10th Jan 2022 8:13pm)
  • Moving homes made easy were really good with us, all fees are included so if you get your keys late or have to change your date you're not charged. We had covid and had to move our date and they couldn't have been more helpful. They're a bit more expensive but ended up working out cheaper for us with the date move in the end. by cesca87 (Wed 23rd Feb 2022 7:41pm)
  • Bloom and wild do letterbox flowers and are pretty reasonable. They're not a local business but a smaller company with lovely flowers and plants by cesca87 (Wed 9th Mar 2022 11:04am)
  • I got mine in Sarah Louise Bridal on Hope Street a couple of years ago, they were really nice and weren't expensive compared to the other places. I know someone who got one from Rita's at the Barras as well and it was about the same price by cesca87 (Wed 16th Mar 2022 8:04pm)
  • PureGym Bath Street is really well kitted out and staff are friendly but it gets really busy at lunchtime and between 5pm and 7pm so would avoid it then if you can, it can be a pain trying to get on any equipment by cesca87 (Thu 31st Mar 2022 6:47am)
  • Glad you got in! What time did they go on stage? I'm going tonight and trying to time getting into town by cesca87 (Fri 23rd Dec 2022 12:23pm)

  • I had a party on the balcony in coopers a few years back, it was really spacious and they can do food too if you want by cesca87 (Tue 17th Jan 2023 8:12am)
  • Argos by cesca87 (Sat 27th May 2023 7:41pm)
  • H&m has a decent selection as well, the one on Buchanan Street has a biggish section next to the underwear bit by cesca87 (Sun 18th Jun 2023 1:16am)
  • I think you need to see how your garden is for sun/shade/rain/ shelter for the first year so maybe just try herbs/seasonal flowers in pots to begin with. It's amazing what a difference wet or dry soil or direct sun and shade make to what will grow in your garden by cesca87 (Sat 24th Jun 2023 10:15pm)
  • In that case I would just have a look at the flowers outside supermarkets and in the outdoor bit of garden centres and b&q and check on the tag if they're suitable for sunlight or shade. Anything outside the shop should hopefully survive in your garden during the summer, as long as you Google watering instructions. Some stuff might fare better being taken in when it gets colder if you have the space by cesca87 (Wed 28th Jun 2023 4:34pm)
  • Agree, Dunelm do blackout blinds as well, they're easy to fit and if you put them behind your curtains they'll cut a lot of the light out by cesca87 (Tue 18th Jul 2023 4:09pm)
  • Maybe you wear cool clothes and people like your look. Maybe you have one of those faces that "remind them of someone". Regardless it doesn't matter. Do your thing, you will never see those people again! by cesca87 (Fri 13th Oct 2023 9:52pm)
