The bin has dried food in it which smells really bad, the wall has nose snorts, the washroom has dried soap, the floor is full of crumbs. Would you have cleaned that shit?

Ok bro. Noted. If you paying £1500 for two months and you get a filthy place, you are supposed to accept that and clean it yourself otherwise you will be incompetent. Don't dare to ask the landlord to clean the place cause it's not their job to provide the next tenant a clean place. Gonna see a world with different eyes, don't fight against wrong, accept and move on.

You lost the point there. He is seeking advice for what shall he do as he has already asked them to a clean over cause you get a clean tidy place before you move in. If you are ready to pay so much and get a dirty place and they don't do anything with it, you are supposed to get some sort of compensation. Why shall he be cleaning it? He didn't make it dirty? If he did it, and then he was looking for a cleaner, then yes, he is entitled. That's the not case is it good sir?
