Thanks for the tip, did your side bits encircle the pipes too? I used a hammer (as much as I could with as close a they are to the ground) but they couldn’t move upwards much, maybe 2cms, since they’d hit the underside of the pipes. Yeah, I’ll give it another go tonight, if it’s not budging I’ll go with the pipe cleaner or hairdryer/hoover combo someone else suggested.
