I'm a Housing Officer for a different H.Association but very similar to Wheatley. It doesn't mean anyone has complained about you. As part of Annual Tenancy Visits, it's good to make sure household info is up to date and ticks a box for the housing group. It will be a short visit and I wouldn't worry about it. It helps keeps there systems updated and they complete their wee form and move on to the next. In general they can be quite helpful and most staff are down to earth to help with any issues you have.
