  • Can confirm, I live right at Possil Marsh and it's a lovely walk. There's a path that leads all the way to Bishopbriggs that's a really good walk/cycle by emilyannemckeown (Wed 25th May 2022 11:04pm)
  • Second this, Morrisons are really good for both meat and fish by emilyannemckeown (Sun 5th Jun 2022 3:30am)
  • Thank you :) by emilyannemckeown (Wed 3rd Aug 2022 6:26pm)
  • I second The Ark, I go to the beer garden to read my book all the time. It can get a bit studenty but never too rowdy from my experience. by emilyannemckeown (Fri 9th Jun 2023 7:05am)
  • Killermont Polo Club and Nakodar by emilyannemckeown (Sat 8th Jul 2023 11:37am)
  • I've lived in Dennistoun and Possil, zero mice issues. Only issues I've heard are South side. My aunt lives in Govanhill and has some issues. But spiders are a bitch, and this year flies seem to be everywhere by emilyannemckeown (Wed 9th Aug 2023 3:35pm)
  • It isn't as bad as people make it out to be, and not as bad as it used to be. I live in Lambhill and my partner has lived in Milton for 20 years, and there isn't trouble at all. People kick about on quad bikes and dirt bikes a lot which is annoying and loud but that's the only bad thing I can say. That and there is a lot of litter and fly tipping by emilyannemckeown (Sun 3rd Sep 2023 10:45am)
  • I wouldn't endorse Glasvegan, they're known to make their staff work in poor conditions and sack them en masse when they raise the issue. There was an article on it earlier in the year, the owner is a piece of shit by emilyannemckeown (Mon 16th Oct 2023 7:42am)
  • Two Fat Ladies at the Buttery for traditional Scottish food, A'Challtainn as well. Both city centre and good Scottish food. by emilyannemckeown (Tue 24th Oct 2023 11:39pm)
  • I would recommend Vets4Pets too. It was the least pricey I could find to get my pet rat's tumour removed and tested for cancer (still about £600), but the treatment and service is really fantastic. Other private vets are over the top expensive. by emilyannemckeown (Wed 25th Oct 2023 9:19am)
  • I'm not, I took my rat to The Forge Vets4Pets. Thank you so so much for this info, that's really appreciated. My 2 rats are approaching 2 years old so it's nice to know a cheaper vet ❤️ I'm north near Maryhill but could hopefully register with this vet, worst comes to worst. Thanks again 😊 by emilyannemckeown (Wed 25th Oct 2023 4:33pm)
  • Thank you so much for the recommendation. My gals and I say thank you ❤️ by emilyannemckeown (Wed 25th Oct 2023 5:37pm)
  • What the fuck does that have to do with anything? by emilyannemckeown (Sat 28th Oct 2023 12:03pm)
  • I got my nipples pierced in blancolo, and rather than pierce directly across they pierced diagonally, meaning it never properly healed leaving me in agony (didn't realise it was so sore initially due to their error). Got my septum done, that was done incorrectly too. Nirvana all the way by emilyannemckeown (Sun 29th Oct 2023 12:56am)
  • No way! I'm from EK but I'm up in Milton now. Did it have a really distinct green tinge? by emilyannemckeown (Thu 30th Nov 2023 6:36pm)
  • It really was! I wasn't sure if it was a firework or something because there's been a lot of fireworks round here. Glad others saw it! by emilyannemckeown (Thu 30th Nov 2023 6:40pm)
  • I just saw it out of chance, so lucky! by emilyannemckeown (Thu 30th Nov 2023 6:51pm)
  • Wow! Surprising to know it can be seen in Falkirk when I saw it so clearly in North Glasgow by emilyannemckeown (Thu 30th Nov 2023 7:12pm)
  • It wasnt a firework, no noise from my end. Genuinely looked like a shooting star that was green! Wish I'd caught it on camera. by emilyannemckeown (Thu 30th Nov 2023 9:35pm)
  • That's wild, same time? by emilyannemckeown (Thu 30th Nov 2023 9:41pm)
