  • Definetly get onto the .Gov website and put an application in for universal credit ASAP It's a piss take about getting the loan before your first payment but if you need it and you qualify you can get a payment pretty quick (within 24 hours) to save a little money worries by gaggleofllama (Mon 11th May 2020 9:47pm)
  • Do these wee nuggets not have maw's or da's or guardians? I heard 4 of them on bikes talking as I passed by the shop other day '"hope we get a chase aff the polis again haha that was crazy" by gaggleofllama (Tue 12th May 2020 12:53pm)

  • Imagine not wanting your place of living to get pished all over and plastic cups thrown all about the place eh! If only there was a way to be responsible and not pish everywhere and litter the place... by gaggleofllama (Fri 3rd Jul 2020 8:11pm)

  • It is very nice, and the fishing not bad either by gaggleofllama (Fri 3rd Jul 2020 10:07pm)
  • I think festivals and concerts have people who tidy up afterwards and they have loo's too, I don't think they let you take alcohol away from the place either. The whole point of the takeaway pints was to take them home, not go pishing the local place up and leave the litter all over the shot. by gaggleofllama (Fri 3rd Jul 2020 11:11pm)
  • You talk about my logic when your own logic is "chuck yer rubbish anywhere boys those binmen will clean up anyway, that's what they are paid for" even though they are paid to empty bins. The streets get cleaned out of neccesitty because of people with dumb ass logic like yours, pretty sure they brought in a fine for littering the streets to stop people littering and let the binmen do their actual work instead of cleaning up efter wee fannies like you. by gaggleofllama (Sat 4th Jul 2020 4:25am)
  • I thought we were talking about it here, why do we have to now meet to talk? by gaggleofllama (Sat 4th Jul 2020 6:22am)

  • There is a pair of peregrines who nest on the crane next to the river outside the Hydro, usually a pair of ravens nest on the other side of the crane aswell. I often see the peregrines perched on top of the Hydro surveying the area and screeching away as I'm coming and going from work. It's a nice sight, hope this helps you! Also the area is covered with cameras I see no harm telling you this. I also have another area just out side of Glasgow where I know peregrines nest (feel free to mail and ask but it is outside Glasgow City limit) by gaggleofllama (Tue 12th Jan 2021 2:11pm)

  • Likley to be checking people traveling on the trains, for people flouting lockdown. have seen this at a few train stations in the last few weeks. They are doing a great job imo, I do testing for covid and don't drive so use public transport, really good to see them cracking down (if that is what they are doing) as I'd been getting a bit worried of seeing groups of mask less people on my journeys. by gaggleofllama (Sat 23rd Jan 2021 7:15pm)
  • You too bud, without people like you I'd not be able to do the job in the first place. by gaggleofllama (Sat 23rd Jan 2021 7:23pm)
  • QR codes, scan them with your phone see what happens by gaggleofllama (Sun 24th Jan 2021 7:26pm)

  • I know the 24hour Asda's near (no tescos around me me) don't serve any tobacco stuff after 10pm been like that for a while. Petrol stations still sell after 10pm so think it's more a company policy thing rather than any laws by gaggleofllama (Thu 11th Feb 2021 9:10pm)
  • Got any older generations around you neighbour wise? Might be worth a shot asking a wee old dear, I had the same problem until I asked a nice old lady 3 floors down, I get her some shopping in and she sews my buttons back in when I need em by gaggleofllama (Mon 15th Feb 2021 4:00pm)

  • I'm always outside for work or play, I'll hit [Go Outdoors](https://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/stores/clydebank?utm_campaign=GO01337&utm_source=google+listings&utm_medium=organic&y_source=1_MTMyNzEyMDctNzE1LWxvY2F0aW9uLmdvb2dsZV93ZWJzaXRlX292ZXJyaWRl) for my outdoor wear, they do there own brand stuff North Ridge which is good for the price, great for under jacket fleeces etc. Boots I feel Merrel are a great make, last long if you look after them but little bit pricey, jackets I think is kind of what's best fit for you, Montane is my own personal choice same jacket for nearly too years and still waterproof/windproof. Anyway check out the website for what's available and gives you a good choice depending on your budget. by gaggleofllama (Sun 7th Mar 2021 12:33pm)

  • I agree with you 100% on that, especially because it's door to door. I had hoped the Mobile Units would have been doing this weeks ago, not sure why they wouldn't utilise the teams for it they could literally be ready and prepped to do it within a days notice easily. by gaggleofllama (Tue 18th May 2021 4:29pm)

  • What would you suggest as an alternative? by gaggleofllama (Tue 15th Jun 2021 12:37pm)
  • No I was wondering what other methods you would suggest (like the Italy thing that would have helped over here for example), I agree with you that it's daft to just use a postal system because we get things like this happening, having multiple means of registration for the jab could have avoided a lot of missed appointments/no shows as well as avoiding what OP posted. by gaggleofllama (Tue 15th Jun 2021 3:55pm)
  • Ok so is it wait on blue letter/text to tell you when your appointment is then go online and book using the details in the letter/text? Can you link me to the online portal ? • > Pfizer recommends 21 days between doses, the fact that Scotland is still following unproven advice to wait this long. Scotland is following advice from the JCVI and is supported by the four nation's Chief Medical Officers. I would urge you to look into the information available [here](https://www.gov.scot/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-guidance-for-health-and-social-care-professionals/) to get a better understanding of why Scotland is sticking to the time between doses. by gaggleofllama (Thu 15th Jul 2021 3:43pm)
  • There's an app called To Good To Go, where you can pick up boxes of fruit and veg very cheap. It's usually food that's going past sell by dates but it might be worth a look if you are willing to use it within a few days. I use it for pre prepped meals that I can stick in the freezer, you don't get to choose what you get but I haven't had a problem with googling recipes I can use the food for.
