I am not used to houses, I was living in Poland last 5 years, and never used house thermostat before Glasgow, apartment feels warmer to me.

sorry my mistake, I was thinking monthly payments like all over the world we pay monthly bills. and the numbers were in £. so in total my question was, if I pay gas for 50 £ per month, will it be 90 £ per month in electric ? I hope it is clear now.

so what you say is if I pay monthly 50 pounds for gas I will be paying 150 pounds for electric correct ? heating and cooking included. average number I am trying to get.

I dont really know the details of electric heating, real estate ads does not define details too, I saw electric heaters on walls in some pictures only, never heard brick method :)
