  • >of course they'll be closed. *Of course?* Did you miss the part where I said I'm from Canada? I don't know that, that's why I'm asking here. The queen may be on our money, but nothing will be closed on that monday here. Was just asking locals what they thought. by modest811 (Sun 11th Sep 2022 7:43pm)
  • Yeah maybe! Might be cool to see, but it's Glasgow and I expect it won't be as interesting as being in London during that time haha. But at least it's a story. I'll be in town for a wedding and Monday was like our only day to sightsee, of course right? haha. But I'm sure we'll find something to do. Thanks for the different perspective. by modest811 (Sun 11th Sep 2022 7:56pm)
  • As someone living under a commonwealth nation, I guess I'm a little more than a guest, but point taken. by modest811 (Sun 11th Sep 2022 8:21pm)
  • The monarch is technically still the head of our country. She was my Queen too. We're *commonwealth* for a reason. Where did I disrespect the queen? Because I'm slightly annoyed things may be closed? I'm sorry if you're offended and please, continue to grieve, but maybe if *this* is what offends you, the internet isn't the best place for you. by modest811 (Sun 11th Sep 2022 8:27pm)
  • Hm, I see why you've been tagged as a Massive Cock. by modest811 (Sun 11th Sep 2022 8:30pm)
  • It's literally not on the page and I have literally looked and literally wanted an opinion from people who literally live in Glasgow. by modest811 (Mon 12th Sep 2022 2:58pm)
